Tádž Mahal


Tádž Mahal is built from white marble with thousand gems and semis. On the decoration was used black marble, too. Around the building are gardens and entry creates a beautiful gateaway, which symbolizes the entrance to Paradise.The entire monument consists of the main building, which is surrounded with 4 minarets. The tomb Mumtáz Mahal is located under a big dome, which is 73 meters high.
The building as from the Tales thousand and one nights is famous in the world and yearly attracts unbelievable quantities of visitors. The silhouette, that is famous from the large number of photos became the symbol of India. Tádž Mahal belongs for its originality and exceptionalism to Seven Wonders of the World.
